The latest release introduces features that simplify feedback collection, improve security, and ensure adherence to strict regulatory requirements such as GxP compliance.
To enhance frontline efficiency, Proceedix Connected Worker now includes an operator suggestions feature, allowing workers to provide real-time feedback while executing tasks.
This functionality creates a dynamic feedback loop, improving work instructions and operational workflows.
Workers can submit feedback via text, images, audio, or video, with all suggestions logged in the execution history for administrators to review and incorporate into future processes.
The latest update includes a procedure audit report feature, providing organisations with a comprehensive view of procedural changes to meet rigorous compliance requirements.
The Delta Report offers a detailed comparison of procedure versions, enhancing auditing processes and ensuring transparency in compliance with regulations such as GxP standards.
With advanced filtering capabilities, administrators can extract targeted insights on specific updates.
Proceedix Connected Worker now supports GxP-compliant digital signatures, reinforcing regulatory compliance and accountability.
The new feature enables operators to digitally sign off completed tasks using secure, PDF-based authentication, with reason codes and task data included in the reports. This ensures adherence to industry standards such as 21 CFR Part 11.
Security has been strengthened with an enhanced password policy and storage security tokens.
The new password management tools allow administrators to configure requirements such as length, special characters, and case sensitivity, with real-time user guidance for compliance.
Additionally, access to the Proceedix Storage API is now controlled via security tokens, ensuring only authorised users can interact with the data. Automatic token renewal maintains secure and uninterrupted access.
A new bulk permissions feature allows administrators to manage access across multiple workspaces more efficiently.
By using an intuitive ‘Add Multiple’ button, administrators can assign roles to multiple workspaces simultaneously, reducing the time and effort required for permissions updates. This feature provides flexibility while maintaining existing permissions.
To maintain clarity and prevent ambiguity, Proceedix Connected Worker now includes a duplicate name validation feature.
This ensures unique naming conventions across procedures, notifications, and user groups, enhancing data accuracy. Real-time feedback and clear error messages guide users in maintaining consistent and reliable data entry.
