Sedgwick, a global entity in claims management and technology solutions, has announced the promotion of Kumar Siva to Chief Operating Officer in Canada.
Kumar Siva steps into this role after serving as Senior Vice President for third-party administration (TPA) services and desktop solutions since 2023.

The company is renowned for its innovative approach to handling complex challenges in the insurance services sector, ensuring clients receive top-tier support and solutions.
Kumar Siva brings over two decades of experience in the insurance services industry to his new role. Prior to his tenure at Sedgwick, he managed service delivery to Canadian national insurers and held significant leadership positions focusing on business excellence, vendor management, and national independent adjusting operations.
Siva’s deep-rooted expertise in strategic planning and business development makes him a pivotal addition to the executive team. His track record at Sedgwick highlights significant accomplishments in enhancing operational processes and client services.
