Sapiens International Corporation has introduced the latest version of its automated underwriting and new business case management platform, designed specifically for life and annuities insurers.
Known as Sapiens UnderwritingPro v14, the new release represents the most advanced iteration of the award-winning platform, incorporating cutting-edge automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
The new version brings both functional upgrades and technical advancements aimed at boosting operational efficiency and improving communication across underwriting processes. Developed in collaboration with feedback from Sapiens’ user community, UnderwritingPro v14 reflects insurers’ evolving needs in an increasingly digital environment.
Among the key enhancements in the release are advanced AI-powered features, including predictive analytics and intelligent insights that enable faster, more precise underwriting decisions. Sapiens has also introduced an upgraded agent communication portal, designed to streamline interactions between agents and underwriters, allowing agents to provide faster, better-informed service to clients while underwriters benefit from more efficient workload management.
The platform also enhances Sapiens’ long-standing strengths in configurable underwriting automation. This includes improved tools for managing underwriting rules, more flexible work item configuration, and enhanced workflow customisation options. In addition, the new version offers streamlined deployment capabilities, making it easier for insurers to migrate underwriting rules across different environments.
