Bitdefender launches GravityZone PHASR
Bitdefender announced the global availability of GravityZone Proactive Hardening and Attack Surface Reduction (PHASR), an endpoint security solution designed to dynamically tailor hardening for each user. GravityZone PHASR reduces attack surfaces, proactively stops living-off-the-land techniques, and defeats repeatable attack patterns.
BigID makes several announcements
Data security, privacy, compliance, and governance firm BigID has made several announcements at RSA. It unveiled a capability to label data within vector databases, launched a Security Ops Center, launched its Data Activity Monitoring & Cloud DLP, and unveiled a comprehensive Data Lifecycle Management solution.

CyCognito partners with Wiz
Exposure management firm CyCognito has partnered with cloud security giant Wiz and joined Wiz Integrations (WIN). The integration enables joint customers to combine the visibility and coverage of Wiz’s CNAPP with the power of continuous Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and external asset discovery, enabling enhanced cloud security coverage.
Elastic launches Automatic Migration feature
Elastic announced Automatic Migration, a new feature that enables organizations to accelerate the transition from their current SIEMs to Elastic Security. With the introduction of Automatic Migration, CISOs can leverage advanced Search AI capabilities to map and translate existing detection rules. The feature also translates any rules that are not mapped, including associated lookups and macros, into new Elastic queries using gen-AI.
Fortinet publishes 2025 Global Threat Landscape Report
Fortinet announced the release of the 2025 Global Threat Landscape Report from FortiGuard Labs. The report shows that automated scanning has hit record highs as attackers shift left to identify exposed targets early, that darknet marketplaces fuel easy access to neatly packaged exploit kits, that AI-powered cybercrime is scaling rapidly, that targeted attacks on critical sectors intensify, that cloud and IoT security risks escalate, and that credentials are the currency of cybercrime.
Imprivata unveils new capabilities for Mobile Access Management
Imprivata announced new advanced analytics for its Mobile Access Management product. The capabilities empower organizations to make informed decisions about their mobile strategy, offering granular visibility into usage patterns, including device type, operating system, location, and application usage.
iVerify launches new mobile security product for travel
Mobile endpoint detection and response (EDR) firm iVerify launched a new enterprise mobile security solution built to protect corporate devices from high-risk mobile networks, especially while employees travel internationally. With this solution, security teams can take immediate action when a device connects to a known malicious network, eliminating the need for burner phones, guesswork, or excessive manual oversight.
Malwarebytes publishes cybersecurity guide for education
Malwarebytes published its ‘2025 Cybersecurity Guide for Education’ report, revealing the severe cybersecurity vulnerabilities facing K-12 education institutions. According to the report, schools have disclosed an average of more than one cyber incident per school day over the last six years. The report also shows that the average education data breach costs $3.65 million, and that cyberattacks can expose huge amounts of sensitive data. Also at RSA, Malwarebytes announced several channel and partner expansions.
Menlo Security launches new visibility and forensics capabilities
Menlo Security announced two new capabilities to its Secure Enterprise Browser solution to give security teams more visibility and control. The latest features include a dedicated dashboard that allows customers to view and manage Secure Application Access, and a new workflow process for the company’s Browsing Forensics offering, which provides security analysts with a timeline of all user actions within a browser session.
OpenText publishes 2025 Threat Report
OpenText Cybersecurity has released its 2025 Threat Report, revealing the latest trends and attack tactics targeting SMBs and consumers. The report shows that malware infections targeting businesses jumped 28% year over year (the highest rate since 2020), Eastern and Central Europe emerged as malware infection hotspots with a rise in politically motivated attacks tied to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and phishing campaigns reached new levels of sophistication.
Provarity.AI launches Intelligence 3.0
Provarity.AI announced the launch of Provarity Intelligence 3.0, a presales intelligence offering designed to automate and optimize the technical evaluation process. Provarity Intelligence 3.0 includes AI-generated reporting, dynamic dashboards, and agentic presales automation.
SecAI debut and platform update
Threat intelligence firm SecAI made its official debut at RSA. It also announced a platform update that aims to make investigations more efficient. The platform delivers curated, high-fidelity threat intelligence (including clear verdicts, multi-dimensional labels, and rich context like historical attack behavior) and leverages AI for natural language interaction, deep information integration, contextual security reasoning, and to suggest remediation options.
SecureIQLab study ranks cloud WAAP security providers
SecureIQLab has released the results of its 2025 Cloud Web Application Firewall and API Protection (WAAP) validation study, which tested the solutions of over 15 enterprise cloud WAAP providers against 15 attack vectors and 1,360 attack techniques.
Teleport announces MCP support
Teleport announced support for securing the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling organizations to secure interactions between LLMs and their workloads and data. Companies can now safely harness AI, leveraging the same trust architecture from Teleport that enables human and non-human identities to securely interact with cloud workloads and with each other.
Upwind introduces CNAPP 2.0
Upwind launched CNAPP 2.0, with enhanced inventory and posture modules. The Upwind cloud security posture management (CSPM) solution now automatically prioritizes posture-based risk based on real-world runtime usage. Upwind’s new capability allows security teams to build custom posture rules and frameworks using live production data.
Utimaco payment HSMaaS available on IBM Cloud
Cybersecurity and compliance firm Utimaco announced that its Payment HSM as-a-Service (Payment HSMaaS) is now available on IBM Cloud for Financial Services, aiming to enhance security and help support compliance obligations for financial institutions and payment service providers.
Vodafone Business and Fortinet expand global partnership
Vodafone Business and Fortinet announced an expanded global partnership, extending the reach of their converged networking and cybersecurity services to additional countries across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Under the Vodafone Business and Fortinet partnership, businesses can purchase integrated services tailored to their needs and supported by Vodafone Business cybersecurity and managed network service experts.
