CSI, a leading provider of end-to-end financial software and technology solutions, has appointed Nancy Langer as its new president, CEO and board member.
Langer takes over the role from David Culbertson, who will transition to vice chair of the board and support Langer through the leadership transition.
CSI delivers integrated banking, payments and regulatory compliance solutions for financial institutions across the US. The company is widely recognised for its commitment to customer-centric innovation and digital transformation, with a particular focus on community banks and credit unions.
Langer brings more than 35 years of FinTech expertise to CSI, with a track record of driving growth, leading large-scale transformation, and advancing digital innovation. Most recently, she served as CEO of Transact Campus, which merged with CBORD following its acquisition by Roper Technologies in 2024. Under her leadership, the combined business became a leader in integrated payments and campus commerce technologies across education, health care and senior living.
In earlier roles, Langer led CoreLogic’s (now Cotality) largest division, Real Estate Tax and Payments, where she drove over 50% revenue growth and spearheaded a major digital transformation. Her previous leadership experience includes chief product officer and executive vice president roles at Metavante and FIS, where she launched and expanded online bill payment services globally.
Langer’s influence spans multiple sectors, and she has received notable accolades such as “Change Agent of the Year” by Women in Payments in 2025 and “Top 50 Women of Influence” by HousingWire in 2019. She has also served on the boards of RBC Bank USA and currently sits on the board of Nomis Solutions. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and executive training from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
CSI board chair Frank Martire said, “Nancy’s history of transforming financial technology organizations makes her uniquely qualified to lead CSI’s next phase of innovation. Her proven ability to deliver results in complex markets will be instrumental as CSI expands its footprint with community financial institutions throughout the country. Nancy’s client-first mindset will underscore the company’s product roadmap, ensuring CSI technology enables bankers to drive revenue and better serve their account holders.”
Reflecting on her new role, Langer said, “Joining CSI is a full-circle moment in my career. I spent more than 20 years working with community banks at Metavante and FIS, where I developed a deep appreciation for their unique challenges and opportunities. Just as community banks across the country are seeking better ways to build personal relationships with their account holders, CSI is committed to outstanding customer service—a value I believe is the foundation for our continued success. My goal is simple: Inspire and foster a culture of innovation and growth while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.”
