Duetti, a music FinTech platform, has secured $200m in new debt funding to expand its financial services for independent music creators, including new royalty and publishing catalogue deals.

The company has also announced a major expansion of its offerings to support royalty and publishing catalogue deals. This new service gives independent artists, songwriters and producers broader options to unlock the value of their creative work.

The company has secured $200m in new funding to support this expansion, raised through two separate credit facilities. A $150m facility was led by Truist Securities Inc., with participation from Truist Bank, City National Bank, and Regions Bank as joint lead arrangers. An additional $50m side facility was provided by Viola Credit.

Duetti offers a platform designed to help independent artists monetise their music rights through simple cash deals. By purchasing royalty, publishing, and masters rights, the company enables creators to access upfront capital without complex long-term commitments. Its transparent approach allows artists to decide which rights they want to sell and how much, all while receiving support to market and grow their catalogues.

Duetti’s new royalty and publishing cash deals are available to creators earning at least $2,000 annually from their music rights. Through its streamlined platform, artists can sell portions of their catalogue, royalty shares, or specific tracks with clear, upfront terms. In addition to financing, Duetti offers comprehensive catalogue management and marketing support, helping creators to maximise the long-term value of their works.

The company’s support includes a suite of promotional services such as playlisting, sync licensing, targeted advertising, media coverage and fan engagement campaigns. This holistic approach positions Duetti not just as a financial partner but also as a strategic ally for independent creators navigating a rapidly evolving industry.

Duetti CEO and co-founder Lior Tibon said, “As the only financial and catalog services platform navigating the complexities of multiple types of rights, Duetti is continuing to put independent music creators first – many of whom have historically been locked out of traditional catalog deals.

“With the introduction of royalty and publishing deals, we are now able to help even more creators maximize their potential. Our mission remains simple: offer fast, transparent cash deals and help independent musicians grow their careers.”

Singer-songwriter and Duetti artist partner Anuhea said, “Duetti’s support was a total game-changer. Not only did they help fund the creation of new music, but their marketing team also helped Come Over Love go viral on TikTok—Giving fresh life to one of my classics from 14 years ago!! It’s amazing to see them working with even more songwriters and producers, and I highly recommend other music creators check them out.”
