KYND bolsters global growth with key hires across EMEA and USKYND bolsters global growth with key hires across EMEA and US

Cyber risk management specialist KYND has announced two strategic hires to support its ambitious growth plans across the EMEA region and the US.

With operations spanning 35 countries, KYND is actively accelerating its international footprint. As part of these efforts, Nadji Raib has been named VP of sales for EMEA, while Jeff Foley has joined KYND’s US operations as head of research.

Based in KYND’s London headquarters, Raib will be responsible for driving growth across the EMEA region. His remit includes identifying opportunities within existing markets as well as expanding KYND’s reach into new territories. With over a decade of experience working with cyber security vendors, Raib brings extensive knowledge of the sector and a track record of building successful client relationships.

KYND VP of sales for EMEA Nadji Raib said, “One of the reasons I’ve joined lies in their tailored approach to meeting specific customer challenges and needs. KYND seeks to ensure we truly partner with customers and become part of their processes, rather than just an added tool in their cyber security arsenal. I’m determined to lead the EMEA effort in this sense.

“I’m delighted to join KYND, working with such an incredibly talented team and representing their award-winning portfolio of solutions, and to have the opportunity to work with our many wonderful clients and partners. I’m truly excited about our expansion plans in EMEA, where we aim to deliver a new kind of cyber risk management, enabling organisations to take a proactive and comprehensive approach to their cyber resilience.”

Meanwhile, in the US, Foley will collaborate closely with KYND’s product and engineering teams. His role will focus on enhancing KYND’s intelligence capabilities, delivering advanced insights into cyber threat exposure, and developing new methods for businesses to manage and mitigate risk. Foley brings two decades of experience spanning applied research, security assessments, and safeguarding critical IT infrastructure.

KYND head of research Jeff Foley said, “I’m a firm believer in equipping organisations with the visibility and analytics tools they need to make data-driven decisions to support information security and guard against cyber risks, which are constantly changing.

“I’m excited to join KYND and look forward to the challenge of assisting a company which is already a leader in offering actionable cyber risk intelligence to extend KYND’s unique capabilities and insights and further its horizons.”

KYND’s cyber risk management solutions are designed to offer instant, real-time insights into cyber exposures, helping businesses, insurers, brokers, advisors and investment managers better understand, monitor, and mitigate their cyber risks. The platform’s capabilities support both individual company-level assessments and portfolio-wide analysis.

KYND COO and co-founder Melanie Hayes said, “At KYND, we’re committed to bringing the best talent on board to accelerate the adoption of accurate, actionable cyber risk intelligence, helping organisations worldwide change the entrenched approach to cyber risk management and combat evolving threats.

“Jeff’s expertise in building and operationalising threat intelligence will be instrumental in shaping the next era of cyber risk management. Nadji brings a deep understanding of cyber risk, combined with effective leadership in driving global business growth, which will be invaluable as we seek to expand into new markets.”
