KYC Portal has launched a new feature aimed at enhancing compliance workflows by allowing users to create pre-defined search lists, offering a more efficient approach to managing perpetual KYC.
Unlike traditional periodic reviews that rely on large-scale, infrequent checks, KYC Portal enables real-time risk alerts that prompt smaller, ongoing tasks. These may include document expirations, data submissions, risk reclassifications or false positives flagged by screening tools—automatically generating a queue of tasks aligned to user roles.
To help streamline task allocation, many firms assign specific task types or application sets to designated teams. Now, with the new feature, compliance managers can create fully custom search lists using filters from the Advanced Search interface. These lists can be based on risk bracket, application status, entity type, or values within specific data fields such as client name or PEP designation.
Users can name each list and decide who sees it—be it a specific team, team member or everyone. This adds a layer of flexibility in prioritising work and directing focus toward high-risk or time-sensitive areas.
The feature empowers organisations to tailor their compliance efforts more precisely, ensuring operational resources are aligned with regulatory priorities. By enabling unlimited customised task views, KYC Portal strengthens proactive compliance while reducing manual review burdens.
