As the host, you will be responsible for managing your event’s registration, promotion, creative, communication, insurance, and cost. There is no fee to be a part of the TC Sessions: AI Side Events lineup. We are prioritizing events that occur June 1 through June 7. For events on June 5, we will only accept evening events starting at 5:00 p.m. PT.
Attendees for all Side Events must be 18+ or 21+ if alcohol is served.
We are currently only accepting in-person events in or around the Berkeley area.
