HawkSoft, a leading provider of agency management systems for independent insurance agencies, has partnered with Sembley to streamline the insurance submission process for agencies.

The collaboration is designed to eliminate redundant data entry, improve accuracy across ACORD forms and supplemental documents, and ultimately allow agencies to focus more time on client service.

By linking HawkSoft’s agency management system with Sembley’s modern automation platform, the partnership enables seamless syncing of client data and significantly simplifies the workflow for independent agencies.

HawkSoft, based in the US, provides a comprehensive agency management system tailored for independent insurance agents.

Its platform is known for being intuitive, reliable, and built with a deep understanding of agency needs. Sembley, meanwhile, is an innovative InsurTech company that focuses on automating the intake and submission processes for insurance firms, helping them reduce manual tasks and enhance overall efficiency.

The integration allows independent agencies using HawkSoft to directly connect to Sembley’s platform, enabling automatic pre-filling of ACORD forms and maintaining consistency across various submission documents.

This reduces manual effort, improves submission quality, and contributes to a more streamlined insurance process.

The partnership also serves as a signal to the wider InsurTech market, showcasing the increasing demand for connected, automation-first solutions that enhance operational workflows without introducing complexity.

By joining forces, HawkSoft and Sembley are helping to raise the industry standard for insurance technology integrations.

Jeremy Peskin, co-founder and CEO of Sembley, said, “HawkSoft has built a reputation for delivering a powerful, intuitive management system that agencies trust. Partnering with HawkSoft allows us to further enhance the submission process for their users—helping agencies seamlessly collect and manage client data, pre-fill ACORD forms, and eliminate redundant data entry. Together, we’re making it easier for agencies to work efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional service to their clients.”

Rushang Shah, CMO of HawkSoft, added, “Sembley is a welcome addition to our API Partner program – both as a forward-looking, innovative insurtech company and as a platform that addresses much needed functionality in the modern independent insurance agency. This has been a gap in our connected ecosystem that we’re excited to fill with Sembley’s help.”
