

BaaS specialist BKN301 Group, a global FinTech providing payment and banking solutions, has secured €21.5m in its latest Series B funding round.
The round attracted backing from a range of investors, including CDP Venture Capital SGR, through its Digital Transition Fund, and Azimut Libera Impresa SGR via the Azimut Digitech Fund under the advisory of FNDX.
Additional support came from SIMEST, part of Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Alisei Forinvestments di Aldo Fumagalli, and other private investors. Existing backers, such as SM Capital, Prosus Group, CRIF, Abalone Group, Federico Ghizzoni and Fabio Nalucci, also participated.
Founded with a mission to modernise financial services, BKN301 offers a comprehensive BaaS Orchestrator platform. Its technology enables companies to embed digital banking and payment capabilities into their services, simplifying access to financial tools for businesses and end-users alike.
The fresh capital injection will be used to fuel BKN301’s global expansion strategy, combining organic growth with strategic acquisitions. It will also support further development of its BaaS platform, with plans to significantly scale operations and reach new markets.
According to the company, this latest funding round highlights growing investor confidence in BKN301’s long-term vision and strategy. It also marks a major milestone for the FinTech firm as it gears up to enhance its technological offering and cement its position in the BaaS sector.
