CUBE, a global RegTech company specialising in regulatory intelligence and compliance automation, has launched its new global headquarters at Tower 42 in the City of London.
The site also houses its new AI Centre of Excellence, the RegBrain AI Lab, marking a multi-million pound investment into artificial intelligence for regulatory and risk innovation.
The move follows a year of rapid growth for the company, which has more than doubled its revenue, workforce, and international presence. CUBE now supports 1,000 customers across 20 countries, with a team of 700 employees. The company also completed two US-based acquisitions and strengthened its global expansion through a strategic partnership with software investor Hg.
As part of its ongoing expansion, CUBE plans to create 200 new roles in the coming year, half of which will be UK-based. The Tower 42 office will serve as a hub for global operations, customer collaboration, and AI development, featuring purpose-built spaces like the RegTheatre and RegCinema to drive innovation.
CUBE founder and CEO Ben Richmond hosted the Lord Mayor of London at the official launch and said, “We chose an iconic City of London location for our new global headquarters as we believe it’s the perfect place to continue CUBE’s growth. London is unquestionably a world-class tech hub and a global leader for AI and innovation. We’re proud to further build out our global operations and investment from the UK and aim to be a benchmark for building successful global tech businesses here. Our performance in the last year highlights the progress we have made so far.”
Since its founding in 2011, CUBE has emerged as a key RegTech provider for leading financial institutions. Its latest product, RegPlatform™ Intel, aims to support mid-market firms navigating today’s fast-changing global regulatory landscape.
