Liberate, a leading conversational voice AI platform transforming the insurance industry, has partnered with Snapsheet to fast-track insurers’ adoption of automated, AI-driven claims processes without the burden of complex technical implementation.

The strategic partnership enables insurance carriers to deliver a fully automated claims experience—covering first notice of loss (FNOL), claim status updates, and document requests—via conversational AI. The goal is to eliminate hold times, reduce operational costs, and deploy digital claims automation within days, rather than months.

Liberate provides a cloud-based voice AI platform tailored for the insurance sector. Its technology supports automation across multiple business lines, including auto, home, small-business commercial and workers compensation. The platform includes pre-built accelerators and is highly customisable to reflect a carrier’s branding, rules, and compliance needs.

Snapsheet offers end-to-end claims management solutions, designed to digitise and modernise the insurance claims lifecycle. Through this new integration, Snapsheet users can adopt Liberate’s voice AI without writing any code. The result is a plug-and-play solution that automates repetitive claims functions while ensuring a seamless and human-like user experience.

Branch Insurance, a long-time Snapsheet client, is already seeing significant results. It has reached a 65% adoption rate for its new Voice AI + Digital FNOL claims process and reports 70% cost savings thanks to the integration with Liberate.

Additional benefits cited by users include improved data accuracy, enhanced vendor assignment processes, and faster overall claims resolutions. This, in turn, translates into better customer satisfaction.

Liberate CEO and co-founder Amrish Singh said, “Liberate exists to help insurers break free from the inefficiencies and rising costs of manual work and deliver 5-star service at a fraction of the cost. Together with Snapsheet, we’re giving insurers the ability to transform claims operations—within days, not months—and delight customers with always-on, conversational AI that gets things done.”

Branch chief claims officer Charlie Wendland said, “The integration with our claim system has improved data integrity and enhanced the vendor assignment process, leading to more consistent claim outcomes. These capabilities enable real-time data sharing that accelerates the entire claim process, which not only enhances accuracy, but also provides a much better customer experience.”

Snapsheet business operations manager David Beck said, “Liberate is a great, natural fit for Snapsheet’s ecosystem considering we share a common vision and Liberate’s technology/solution possesses tremendous strength and utility. Also, Liberate’s impact is far reaching, which adds to the excitement since heightened experiences can be provided to policyholders, adjusters, vendors, and others.”
