Comply Exchange has launched a strategic partnership with SAP Ariba, supported by PayPal, to overhaul the way businesses manage tax documentation.
The collaboration introduces Comply Exchange’s eForms technology into the SAP Ariba platform, enabling millions of users to automate and streamline tax onboarding.
Historically, collecting IRS forms like W-8 and W-9 has been a manual, error-prone task. With this integration, businesses can now digitise the entire process. Suppliers and payees can complete and submit tax forms electronically within the SAP Ariba interface, guided by built-in prompts that help reduce errors. Each form is validated in real time, and users gain instant access to submission status, withholding eligibility, and a downloadable, audit-ready PDF.
Crucially, the partnership allows tax data to be automatically transferred via API, enabling a fully integrated and secure compliance process from start to finish. This move sets a new standard for digital tax compliance, marrying Comply Exchange’s regulatory technology expertise with SAP Ariba’s procurement capabilities and PayPal’s payments reach.
