10x Banking, a UK-based FinTech company known for its modern cloud-native core banking platform, has announced the launch of a new suite of AI-powered tools.

The new features will be integrated into its flagship platform, the 10x meta core, designed to help banks transform operations, deliver enhanced customer experiences, and innovate at scale.

The launch of the new AI product suite is driven by a need to address the inefficiencies and complexities associated with legacy core banking systems. Research commissioned by 10x Banking shows that only 32% of banks currently use AI at the core of their operations. A significant 41% of respondents cited integration challenges with third-party platforms as the biggest barrier to AI adoption, underlining the urgency for effective, scalable AI solutions.

10x Banking offers a next-generation core banking platform, built to solve limitations of traditional cores and the scalability issues faced by newer “neo” core platforms. The cloud-native meta core provides banks with a secure and scalable infrastructure that supports real-time operations and offers a de-risked path to full digital transformation.

The newly introduced AI suite includes three advanced tools tailored to help banks overcome common challenges. AI Migrate automates the complex process of legacy data mapping, reducing risk and cost while accelerating migration. AI Build uses GenAI to enable rapid product development and testing, eliminating the usual delays caused by engineering bottlenecks. AI View delivers instant access to real-time banking insights without dependence on manual reporting or IT resources.

These AI features empower banks to launch personalised financial products in a matter of days, rather than months. Additionally, they can now access granular, real-time data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. With the 10x meta core, banks can also achieve transaction speeds of over 100,000 transactions per second per bank—approximately 80x faster than traditional batch-based processing.

The AI tools mark a significant step forward in realising the full potential of AI within core banking environments. For the first time, financial institutions can meaningfully deploy AI at the heart of their operations to cut costs, innovate at speed, and serve customers more effectively.

Antony Jenkins, Founder and CEO of 10x Banking said, “To get the full benefits of AI, you’ve got to have real-time data at scale. That’s where 10x’s meta core really stands out, delivering real-time insights at massive scale combined with a suite of AI capabilities that can work with bank’s existing systems.”

Antony Jenkins, Founder and CEO of 10x Banking continued, “Legacy platforms slow down innovation and decision-making migrating to more modern cloud-native cores has historically been costly, complex, and time-consuming. We created 10x to help build better banks – and that means putting the customer at the centre of all they do. In today’s world, that means harnessing real-time data and AI but only 32% of banks have achieved this in any meaningful way. These new capabilities mean banks can finally move at the speed of AI to better serve their customers.”
